What Shipping Methods Are Available?

That depends on your delivery Location. If you’re in Nairobi, we send a delivery person or a rider to deliver to you personally.
If you’re Outside Nairobi, we use Parcels for delivery. Your Courier Company of choice is used to deliver your goods.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we are not Shipping Internationally

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

You can get your Package even in less than an hour after you Order. This hugely depends on your Location.
For Parcel deliveries, a maximum of 48 hrs after you Order
For home deliveries, If you make your order before 1400Hrs, you get it same-day, else Next Day

We Accept Cash on Delivery For Home Deliveries
Lipa Na M-Pesa for Parcel Shipping
Direct Bank Transfers
Debit Card Payments Via Mastercard or Visa

Is Buying Online Safe?

Yes and No. Not Everyone Online is here to sell Authentic Goods. Some are Cons, Others are Selling Fake Goods. I’ve been ripped off a couple times too😒

Every Online Business has a Facebook Page. If it’s a Fake business, then their page probably hasn’t been there for long(go to page transparency and check when it was created) and doesn’t have many followers

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

An email is sent to you when you Order. There will be a One-Click Button that you can use to cancel your Order. Alternatively, Get in contact with us and we’ll handle it

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to place an Order. However, we sometimes Offer Coupons to Our Loyal Customers and we alert you when new stock and Offers Come in. So, you might wanna sign up for that… Sign me Up
